I’m incredibly blessed to be surrounded by such amazing, generous, and caring people. This year Bloomingdale’s Orlando generously awarded a $7,500 charity grant to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. In addition, it hosted a multi-day, in-store event to help raise awareness of Parkinson’s disease. Generosity was further extended by the Mall at Millenia wanting to be involved on a local level.
The festivities kicked off with a Heels on Head up event in the Bloomingdale’s shoe department. The Mall generously agreed to donate 10% of shoe sales during the event to the Parkinson Association of Central Florida (PACF). I mingled with shoppers, shared information about Parkinson’s, and about the work of PACF. Shoppers sipped champagne and indulged in some sweet treats all while shopping this season’s latest styles.
I wore this cute little A-line black dress. This dress is simple yet sophisticated. The white collar with pearl embellishments really refine this dress. I received so many compliments. The dress will not only get you compliments, priced at $14, it won’t break your budget either.
