The little details can make all the difference in one’s quality of life. Especially if you have some physical challenges. As much as I love a pair of strappy sandals, I could do without wrestling with the tiny buckle. It can really be a struggle if I am experiencing tremors or just my general issues with dexterity.
So, I was beyond thrilled to receive this pair of strappy sandals from Aetrex that offer the style of a buckle without the hassle of trying to fasten it. Underneath that faux buckle is a small strip of velcro. You can’t even tell it’s not a real buckle (cue the angels singing). Another feature I love is the toe strap is adjustable – also by velcro.
The embellished heel really adds to the “style” factor of the sandal. I have worn these sandals several times already, with a different look each time. For the featured look, I paired the sandals with a little black dress from Romwe with scalloped hemline and sleeves.
Great arch support and memory foam cushioning make this sandal unbelievably comfortable, both of which are crucial to me as I train for the NYC marathon. This shoe is available in black, light gold, and blush. Direct link to shoes and dress at the end of the post.
Thank you to Aetrex for sending me these lovely sandals to share with my readers. Also, thank you to Romwe for sending me the little black dress. Stay tuned for more looks from Romwe in upcoming posts.
